spacious room but breakfast could improve
The king studio suite was very spacious and provided a comfortable atmosphere. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, which contributed significantly to our pleasant stay.
Breakfast offerings seemed limited, especially compared to high-end options nearby.

The king studio suite was exceptionally clean and spacious, equipped with a comfortable, firm bed, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. Breakfast offered a variety of tasty options, including hot eggs and sausage. However, noise from the first-floor entry and enthusiastic guests made it challenging to relax, and the bed creaked when moving at night.

A solid choice for a short stay in Lawrence with good value. The bathroom was great, very clean, and spacious. Keep an eye on the breakfast options, they had lots of choices.

Our family had a wonderful stay while visiting local attractions. The king suite was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable for us and our two small kids. The indoor pool was a highlight, even if a bit chilly, and the staff was friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast where they made sure we had everything we needed. The only downsides were that the pillows were too soft for our liking and the options for breakfast could improve for gluten-free diets.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed the outdoor activities at Alvamar Golf Course and the local area. Rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast had decent options, just a bit lacking in variety. Definitely recommend for a group getaway!
Breakfast could use improvement. the eggs had a strange texture that wasn't appealing.

We really enjoyed our stay here while visiting the nearby golf course. It was so convenient to have a fridge and microwave in our room, making it easy for family meals. Plus, the free breakfast and cookies upon arrival were a nice touch!
For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a small playground or play area for kids.

missingWrote a review on Aug 02dark furnishings
The interior could use a bit of brightness—those rooms and hallways felt rather dark, which might dampen the mood for some guests. Additionally, the furnishings look like they’ve seen better days, and there are no in-room safes, which feels like an oversight. Breakfast options are limited, especially for someone gluten-free. adding gluten-free bread or muffins would really enhance the morning experience. Lastly, the bed pillows leans on the excessively soft side, which is not everyone's cup of tea.
